Fade & Perish

The previous entry is in past tense. What happens in the past always seems trivial, if not, ridiculously trivial now, probably due to the comparison to what we're facing at the moment. The feelings evoked by past incidents and the other parties involved will evolve too, subtlely but significantly. Fading is often the trend.

But take note, fading is not equivalent to perishing. Nothing perishes so easily, especially not feelings. Change, fade, change, fade, bloom, change, fade... It goes on and on, until the one last breathe, then, adios, for real.

We're constantly waiting for that rare bloom. It can be anyone, anything and anywhere around you. Once spotted, hold on to it, and hope that it does not change or fade too soon. In this world where nothing ever actually last and yet, does not easily perish either, maybe fading is a good alternative afterall.

p.s. I'm in a red bean paste aka 豆沙 mood now. This craving does not fade easily and will never ever perish. 豆沙啊豆沙,快快现身吧!
